Aloe Vera Soap Making: Lavender Vanilla Fluid Hot Process Soap Tutorial
Hey Soap Lovers! 🌿 Today, I’m making the 4th batch in my new line of soaps, this time scented with the calming Luxurious Lavender Vanilla fragrance. I’m using the countertop hot process (also called the fluid hot process) method, which is my favorite technique for crafting high-quality soaps. This method is perfect for experienced soap makers, but it’s not recommended for beginners due to the high temperatures involved.
In this batch, I’ve replaced the water with Aloe Vera juice, creating a soap that has a rich, creamy lather and leaves the skin feeling more nourished. I’ll take you through the entire process, from mixing to pouring, and I even give a test lather at the end!
